Event design, styling & planning inclusions
STYLE GUIDE
A custom design concept which showcases the visual aesthetics of your event. The style guide details colour schemes and the decor vision.
DESIGN & VENDOR SOURCING
Sourcing design components and liaising with creative vendors whose work is in line with your concept. This includes (not limited to) florals, linens, candles, tabletop elements, signage, props, furniture, lighting, bonbonniere.
FLORALS & STATIONERY DESIGN
We work with your chosen florist and designers to create a digital sample of the conceptualised look, displaying the colours, textures, designs and containers.
FLOOR PLAN DESIGN
Displaying on-the-day floor plan, allowing you to start visualising and feeling the day's touch points.
SET UP
Bump in involves setting up all the design elements for your event, i.e. signage, candles, tablescapes.
PACK DOWN
Bump out involves collecting and disassembling all personal and vendor items at the end of your big day, ensuring nothing is misplaced and all hired components are safely collected by their rightful owners, on time. Please note an additional fee may apply depending on the wedding scope and the estimated hours it will take to pack it all up at the end of the night.
PLANNING CONSULTATION
A comprehensive meeting to discuss all the finer details.
VENUE SELECTION
Scheduling and attending up to three potential venue visits and walk throughs. Once your venue is selected, you have up to two meetings at your chosen venue.
SELECTING & BOOKING VENDORS
Including caterer, photographer, videographer, hair and makeup, officiant, florist, entertainment, AV, lighting, transport, furniture, tableware, and other decor hire, stationer/ calligrapher, signage, cake maker, you name it!
VENUE & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Communication management including venue requirements, meeting facilitation and attendance as necessary, reviewing quotes, bookings, on-the-day management to ensure design concepts and arrangements are successfully executed.
REGULAR PLANNING SESSIONS
Timely catch ups online as well as unlimited communication through email, SMS and WhatsApp.
WEDDING BUDGET
With tracking of due dates.
RSVP MANAGEMENT
If required. Additional fees apply.
LOGISTICS & TIMELINE
Confirming logistics with all vendors and producing a timeline which includes contact sheet, styling boards and floor plan. We distribute these to the venue and all vendors involved.
REHEARSAL COORDINATION
If required, with bridal party and officiant.
DAY MANAGEMENT
Full-scale management and coordination of your wedding day. Includes up to eight hours onsite (more if necessary) to coordinate your ceremony, make sure your bridal party and guests are well looked after, and assist with reception formalities so you can relax and enjoy.

Do you offer partial planning or only full-service packages?
Yes, we offer both! Whether you need full-service planning or just help with specific elements like styling, vendor coordination, or on-the-day management, we can tailor a package to suit your needs.
Can you work within my budget?
Absolutely. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your vision and budget, then provide recommendations and realistic expectations so you get the best value without compromising on style.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for social events, especially for popular dates. However, we also accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
Can I be involved in the planning process?
Of course! You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. We keep you updated every step of the way and make sure all decisions align with your preferences.
